C.C. (read C-two) from Code Geass.
This is the first of nine C.C fanart I will be drawing, and then a final one that combines all of them into a large drawing with a totally new background. (Hence the broken red string.) Also, C.C. is voiced by Yukana, another one of my favorite voice actress.
